Can you renovate a bathroom in an older Hills character home?
That's the work we enjoy most. Older Hills homes often carry original wet areas with tired waterproofing and pipework — we strip them back, re-waterproof and re-plumb to current Australian Standards, and Hayley designs finishes that suit the character and garden setting of the house.
Our Hills block slopes steeply — is that a problem for the plumbing?
It's something to plan for, not a problem. Sloping sites affect drainage falls and how waste and services run, and because we're licensed plumbers first, we design the plumbing around the site before demolition starts — so the finished room drains and performs the way it should.
